Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to exchange garments for different sizes so long as you get the original products back to us in new condition within four weeks from the date of original purchase.
 
When returning items please follow our Returns Process as outlined below.
 
  1. Maxwell-Henry must receive notification of intention to return goods within one week of your order being dispatched from our premises. Notification can be sent by email to: maxwell-henry@xtra.co.nz.
  2. Send goods back to Maxwell-Henry at the following address: Maxwell-Henry Ltd, 4 Bongard Rd, Mission Bay, Auckland, New Zealand. Please ensure you include your order number and a note specifying the replacement size required.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the returned items arrive at our premises.
  4. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the garment or send replacement goods as requested. All replacement items are subject to availability and wherever possible we will try to fulfill customer requests, although we cannot guarantee stock availability.
  5. Replacement items will be sent back to the customer via Post at Maxwell-Henry’s cost. If you require courier delivery this is at your cost and must be paid for by credit card before items are sent.
  6. If replacement goods are not received within three weeks of confirmation email, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Maxwell-Henry to follow up.
